J-Serve is the International Day of Jewish Teen Service filled with local community service projects with friends old and new.
2019 Eitanim Update
The first Eitanim group in our community was launched at Young Israel of East Brunswick, on February 17, with 14 teens. Over the course of 10 meetings, the participants are/will be working on three different projects, such as researching successful Israeli startups and presenting how they influenced US citizens and companies. They designed a campaign encouraging American teens to visit Israel and to celebrate Israel’s 71st Independence Day, working in 5 different groups, each representing one decade in Israel’s history. The groups will later compete against each other presenting the major events and achievements in that decade. The program was brought to our community and sponsored by Federation, in partnership with IAC and Young Israel of East Brunswick.

Eitanim provides career, leadership, and life skills for teens passionate about connecting with Israel's people, entrepreneurship, innovation, and contributions to the world.
With the help of mentors from the community, IAC Eitanim empowers the teenagers to be active in their community, engaging with the Israeli and Jewish American central challenges while promoting a mindset of entrepreneurship, innovation, critical thinking, problem solving and other soft skills.

The first group will open February 10, in Congregation Young Israel of East Brunswick. A $150 fee for all meetings, including dinner, materials, and more.
