Who you are: We are seeking dynamic, creative and organized Jewish educators for Religious School Grades 5-6 & Grade 7. Our top priority is teachers who love to build community, engage each unique learner and make Judaism fun and accessible!

Pay is $2,940 - $4,200 based on experience for 28 sessions: 3hrs/week of in-classroom time 9am-12pm, prep, and 10hrs total of teacher meetings, supervision & professional development. Additional opportunities for 1-2hrs of weekly Hebrew tutoring at $45/hr.

Core content areas: Basic Prayer Hebrew, Ritual & Holidays, Torah, Prayer

Seeking teachers with additional ability to teach one focus area: Jewish Histories, Oral History, Life-Cycle, Social Justice, Talmud & Mitzvot, Israel/Palestine, Arts & Culture

Knowledge of Reconstructionism is a plus, but not required - although applicants should be able to teach a progressive, inclusive perspective.
