Hurricane Ida hit while Evelyn* was sitting shiva for her husband. Even after the flooding subsided, her home was destroyed: floors and walls were saturated, her furniture made of particle board was disintegrating, Evelyn found herself paralyzed from the enormity of it all. 

 

She had no idea where to start. She called Federation.
